What's Covered
Our warranty covers everyday wear and tear, ensuring your Pawzee stays in top condition:
- Cosmetic Repairs - Stitching repairs, minor tears from normal use
- Seam Integrity - Reinforcement or repair of seams that come loose
- Hardware Replacement - Zippers, snaps, buckles (when applicable)
- Manufacturing Defects - Any defects in materials or workmanship
- Thermal Layer Performance - Mylar lining separation or degradation
- Water-Resistant Coating - Reapplication when properly maintained

Warranty Exclusions
To maintain your warranty coverage, please note these exclusions:
- Dog Attacks - Damage from other animals
- Improper Care - Damage from improper washing or storage
- Neglected Maintenance - Failure to regularly apply Arctic Guard Wax
- Modifications - Any alterations not performed by Pawzees
- Extreme Abuse - Damage beyond normal everyday wear and tear
- Lost or Stolen Items - We cannot replace lost Pawzees
- Special Accommodations - Custom work for dogs with unique physical needs may have modified warranty terms

Maintaining Your Warranty
To keep your warranty valid, you must maintain your Pawzee according to our care guidelines:
Required Maintenance
- Regular Wax Application - Apply Arctic Guard Wax every 3-6 months or after washing
- Proper Washing - Follow care instructions (gentle cycle, mild detergent)
- Appropriate Storage - Store clean and dry, away from direct sunlight
- Inspection - Regularly check for damage and report issues promptly
⚠️ Important: Failure to regularly apply the included Arctic Guard Wax will void your warranty. The wax protects your investment and ensures long-term performance.
Need replacement wax? We'll reach out to you after your reservation to discuss ordering Arctic Guard Wax (available in beeswax or plant-based formulas).
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your Pawzee needs warranty service, follow these simple steps:
- Reach Out - We'll contact you after your reservation to discuss warranty claims with photos of the issue
- Assessment - We'll review your claim and determine coverage
- Approval - Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions
- Repair - We'll repair or replace your Pawzee at no cost
- Return - Your refreshed Pawzee ships back to you free of charge
Turnaround Time: Most warranty repairs are completed within 2-3 weeks from the day we receive your Pawzee.

Special Accommodations & Custom Work
We're honored to work with dogs who have special needs, including those with limb differences or physical accommodations. These custom pieces require specialized techniques and materials that may not be compatible with our standard warranty coverage.
What This Means
For dogs requiring significant custom accommodations:
- We'll assess each request individually to determine feasibility
- Some requests may not be compatible with our current equipment, fabrics, or technologies
- We reserve the right to respectfully decline commissions that exceed our capabilities
- Accepted custom work may have modified warranty terms agreed upon before production
- We'll always be transparent about what we can and cannot guarantee
